Customer Service Process Associate

Job Details: US based outbound collection process with 24/7 Shifts - 5 days a week, conveyance provided.

Eligibility :
- Fresh Graduate or Graduate with minimum 6 mths exp working with international Call centers calling is preferred.
- High customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience Required: 0 -3 Years

Job Location:Gurgaon

Educational Qualification:Any Graduate - Any Discipline

Desired Profile: :

Graduate Fresh/Experienced or UGs with experience, working withinternational Call centers with inbound/outbound calling exp, highcustomer service orientation with excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

Domain knowledge of Travel is advantageous.
