Client Servicing Associate
Job Description : The job role is close to that of a sales function, where the entire client communication is online. The two aspects of the profile involves ensuring 100% conversion of clients while providing them with a delightful service.
- You will handle the complete responsibility for servicing and sales of an entire overseas market independently
- You will track and analyse data for business decision-making, identify trends, and provide inputs to the marketing team
- You will generate quotations for clients
- You will coordinate with overseas clients, delivery team managers, and translators to ensure on-time delivery of service
- You will coordinate with the editing, payments, and marketing teams within the organization on a daily basis
- You will have complete freedom to suggest process and service improvements wherever required
Experience Required: 0 -2 Years

Educational Qualification:Any Graduate - Any Discipline

Computer skills:
MS Excel , MS Word, Internet browsing/research, PC user skills (Windows NT/2000/XP)
Soft Skills:
- Ability to adapt to differences in culture according the country of origin of clients.
- Multitasking and coordinating with clients and teams across different locations and countries.
- Strong analytical and comprehension skills.
- Excellent written English (especially email writing skills)
- Comfortable with multi-tasking
- Good negotiation and organization skills
- Ability to handle pressure in adverse situations and take correct decisions
- Quick on uptake, adaptable to change and a team-player
- Previous experience in an e-mail process in a BPO/ITES industry will be highly valued for this role
Shift timimgs: 6:30 to 15:30 OR 13:30 to 23:30
Location: Andheri (West)
Candidates residing in Mumbai suburbs will be preferred.
