Trainee/Associate Executive - (Night Shift)
Job Description :
Come and meet us during the walkin week (14′ Dec to 18′ Dec) between 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internetto determine skills, experience, preferences and availability.
- Search resumes in various available Job Portals.
- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and meets requirement.
- Match the profile of the candidate on technical and behavioral grounds.
- Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
- Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
- Submit the qualified candidates to assigned clients.
Experience Required: 0 - 3 Years
Job Location:Noida
Educational Qualification:Any Graduate - Any Discipline
