• Responsible to understand the technical issues of customers and transfer the call to the queue which supports those issues.
• Answers basic questions on installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
• Identify scope for upgrading the products and convince customer to buy the same.

Essential Educational Qualification: Graduates

Desired Profile:
• Strong telephone etiquette skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Selling skills.

Required: Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware

Eligibility:
• Freshers with No Back Papers in the previous semesters can apply.Undergraduates need to have 2 years experience.
• Should be willing to work in Night Shifts
