Job Description :
-Manage competency based recruitment process catering to various business needs.

-Design and implement effective hiring processes, including full recruitment life cycle strategies.

-Will be responsible for the client management, should take care of the entire recruitment process, will be managing a team of recruiters, and should assist the team in recruitments.

-Fulfillment of the requirements, head-hunting the senior candidate, co-ordination with the candidate and the clients.

-Understanding the sanguine client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure and future growth plans.

-Understanding the competencies for position including job title, principal accountabilities, key result areas, authority, external and internal contacts, reporting and supervisory relationships, working conditions, environment and other relevant factors.

-Creating and maintaining database to reduce turnaround time. - Sound Experience in conducting walk in interviews. - Sound Experience in head hunting.
