Business Expertise and knowledge of sales process & business acumen.
Strong Understanding of technology (hardware, software) and an overview on integrated IT infrastructure of large enterprises.
Sales and account management.
To be part of all multi-LoB (large) bids from ES perspective. Work out the Service Delivery model along with the delivery team, and accordingly propose the support solution/ proposal to meet customer expectations.
Work closely with the products team, to enhance the ES business and stress on ES value proposition. Educate the customer about the various Services offerings from respective Principal and Wipro. Responsible for being a single face to all alliances. Effectively liaise with principals, partners and customers, support field sales team in pre sales efforts and liaise with key accounts/opportunities directly.
Responsible for selling service uplift to the customers.
Responsible for contributing quality information on Market, Industry, competition.Increase share of wallet from new technologies and create threshold for newer practices. Goaled on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
Participate and contribute actively in weekly reviews.
Keep a track of product installation report, for which the support order has been closed.
